Delivery Policy

Abaya tailoring orders are delivered through approved shipping companies, both domestically and internationally.

Order processing begins from the date of payment confirmation, as all products are made to order.

The tailoring and preparation period takes 10 to 12 business days, and this may increase or decrease depending on the design type and order size.

Shipping is carried out during official business days only.

Delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location and the selected shipping company.

In the event of any delay beyond our control, the customer will be notified via the available communication channels.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number are entered correctly, as we are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information.

If the address is outside the shipping company’s service area or requires an additional fee, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative suitable location or to pay the difference.

The delivery address cannot be modified after order processing or shipment has begun, except through direct coordination with the shipping company, if possible.
